Allure Communications is expanding our Business Fiber & Smart-Tech division, and we are now hiring SMB Sales Representatives to help small and mid-sized companies upgrade their technology and improve their daily operations. If you’re motivated, professional, and ready to grow, this is the perfect opportunity.

About the role: As an SMB Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with local businesses to introduce high-speed business fiber internet, managed Wi-Fi and network solutions, smart security and automation options, and technology upgrades that improve speed, reliability, and efficiency. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you make a real impact on how businesses operate.

What we’re looking for: The ideal candidate is outgoing and confident, coachable and eager to learn, a strong communicator, professional in appearance and behavior, reliable and self-motivated, and ready to build a long-term career. Sales experience is helpful but not required — we provide full training.

Compensation: Performance-based pay, uncapped earning potential, weekly bonuses and incentives, fast-track opportunities to Team Lead and Sales Manager roles. Your effort equals your income.
